We members of Las Esperanzas are proud of our history and the culture that formed the oldest neighborhood in Las Cruces. We were instrumental in bringing the North Gateway - Jardín de Mesquite (N. Tornillo St. & Spruce Ave.), the Hadley-Manzanita Gateway (E. Hadley Ave and N. Manzanita St.), the beautiful street lights (located throughout the South Mesquite District) and the Community Garden (N. San Pedro St. and E. Picacho St.) to our neighborhood. We would love to have you join us in all the things we do to help make the South Mesquite Historic District and Original Town Site the best place to live in Las Cruces.
